Kenneth I. Grossfield, CFA

Principal, General Counsel

Mr. Grossfield provides legal advice and assistance in structuring investments and new business ventures and monitors compliance with federal and state securities laws. He also serves as the primary contact for Strategic’s manager development efforts. Prior to joining Strategic, Mr. Grossfield was an Associate at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York. He has been admitted to the legal bars of New York and the District of Columbia. A member of the Washington Society of Investment Analysts, Mr. Grossfield holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
